Socks that i made!

Abby Lee D&G s/s12

This was the last project given to us in the first year. They gave us 4 themes to choose from and base our desgins on it. I chose a theme called 'Grow' which included the use of bright colours and flowers, fruits and vegtables, my main insparation was Dolce and Gabbanas womenswear s/s 12 because i really like the colour palette and the prints. We had to make an accessory and i chose knee high socks and i chose to do a heat press print of kiwis and bananas with a twist in colour as i change it to pale blue bananas and baby pink kiwis so it would be different and the pastle colours were trending at the time. I then gathered the print and added a ladder macrame on the side.
