Day 1:
We got at the airport at about 1am, 3 hours before check-in, it was so weird seeing the airport so dead, we found a spot and stayed there for a bit and then killed some time in Costa.
Flight was all good, it was my first one after 3 years so I was a bit scared at first but love it anyways.
We were to early for the check-in at our hotel Vila Gale Opera, so we decided to go for the longest walk by the sea, trying to find where the festival was to see if it was walking distance. It wasn't really walking distance, we saw loads of restaurants, castle and a park so it was partly sightseeing!
When we got to the hotel, went straight to bed for an hour and then back out to get some food, this time we went the other direction from our long trek. After we ate we thought we could maybe walk to the Town Centre until we realised it was to far and settle for going to beach with cheap drinks.

Day 2:
First day of festival! We went out for breakfast at the little cafe, and had a really cool waitress teaching us Portuguese. and then went to the festival! It was so cool they had stalls for a fake tattoo, hair and speed dating!
Line up that we saw were Jame N Common, Alunageorge, Biffy Clyro, Greenday, Vampire Weekend, Disclosure and Crystal Fighters!
